"What is the
difference between each level of YogicSound?"
For each
level the entrainment frequency starts at slightly lower
level than the previous and moves down to a slightly
lower frequency than the previous one ended on.
"The bonus on
YogicSound Gold named 'The regeneration Chamber', what
is that?"
A golden
ratio brainwave pattern has been found when doing EEG
studies on "awakened" Buddhist monks and others
considered to be in a so called awakened or enlightened
state of conciousnes. The brain wave pattern stimulated
in "The Regeneration Chamber "covers beta alpha and
theta brainwaves in the same golden ratio pattern as
found in the EEG tests with these people. It is a 30
minute track using isochronic brainwave entrainment with
a quite complex, very relaxing soundscape.
"Can I start with
one of the deeper levels?"
Please do
not. The whole idea with a meditation /relaxation
program like this is to get used to being aware at lower
and lower states of relaxation. The brain needs time to
adjust to the brain wave entrainment. It is almost like
training a muscle: You must start at the lighter weights
or the muscles won't be able to keep up.
"How long before
I move on to the next level, and how will I know I am
ready to move on?"
We usually
say at least 2 months. What you should do is to practice
being aware (awake) during your sessions, even in deep
relaxation/meditation. But please be prepared that you
most likely will fall asleep, especially in the
beginning. This is a good sign and means that it is
working.
"I want to
meditate more then 25 minutes twice per day. Can I use
YogicSound more than that?"
What you
can do if you want to spend more time meditating is
this: After a 25 minute session, just remove your
headphones and keep meditating without any audio for as
long as you feel like. This way YogicSound will help
increase your ability to do "normal" meditation in a
very effective way.
"Do
you sell this on CD?"
YogicSound
is available through download only.
"Can I burn the
MP3 files to CD?"
For your
own use, yes.
"Is
there a refund guarantee?"
We have a
60 day refund guarantee after purchase. This guarantee
applies if you used YogicSound following the
instructions given by us (not skipping levels etc) but
didn't experience any benefits from it. Please first try
the free demo so that you will already know if this
works for you before you purchase.
"I
lost my files, can you give me a new download link?"
The
original download link you received in email works for
60 days (from you computer only). If it has been
longer, just email support and you will receive a new
link. We will need to know your order number.
You can make it simple for
yourself and just forward the paypal receipt you
received when you purchased and write your request at
the top of that mail.
"I
can't find the email with the download link."
Make sure
you look through your junk/spam folder. The spam
filtering has gotten pretty extreme nowadays, so if it
is not there it is likely that your internet provider's
security settings didn't allow for the email to be
delivered. If not found, contact support.
"Are
there subliminal messages in YogicSound?"
No.
"What
is the "Bliss Code"?"

"Is YogicSound
better then Holosync?"
It is for
you to decide. Try it out and trust your own judgment.
What works for one person may not work for another, or
it may work even better. We are all unique.
"Can I use
YogicSound when doing visualization and/or create me own
subliminals to use with it?"
For your
own use, yes.
"I have add/adhd
(or some other medical condition). Will YogicSound help
treating this?"
All though
it is scientifically proven that add/adhd and some other
related problems shows a lack of certain brainwaves in
the brainwave spectrum, we do not make any claims
about YogicSound helping for any medical/health
related issues. Ask your doctor if you have questions
regarding health issues.
"What type of
headphones do I need? Can I use in-ear headphones?"
Yes you
can. Any pair o decent stereo headphones will do. No
need for expensive ones. Of course better ones will make
it sound even better though.
"I tend to
drift off and fall asleep very easily when I try to
meditate, do you have any suggestions that would help me
stay more aware?"
We do have
a few suggestions that you can try. Use one or all of
the suggestions if you like. These are absolutely no
guidelines.
1, Do
the sessions early in the day when you feel rested.
2, Try
Keeping your only focus on simply observing your own
natural breathing (no breathing technique). See how
your body is breathing completely on it's own and
how you don't have to interfere.
Just
observe this and feel the air going in and out all
by itself. "You" are the observer. If you suddenly
find that you have lost focus, gently bring your
focus back every time this happens without judging
this as a failure. It is part of the training. This
way you will program yourself to be more aware and
by time you will notice a big difference in your
ability to be completely relaxed yet focused.
3,
Don't lie down. Try sitting up. In a chair, sofa or
even on the floor if you are comfortable with that.
You can lie down and sleep after the session if you
feel tired.
4,
Please don't take it to seriously. It's not the
Olympics :-) If you feel sleepy it means that it is
working and your body is relaxing. Then you just
need to practice being aware. That's all.
"The sound has a lot of low
rumble to it, I find it uncomfortable"
You
most likely have a bass boost, either built in to
your headphones or your EQ settings have a boost in
the bass. Many headphones today have this built in
because people often are impressed by powerful bass
in music. If there is no EQ boost set in your
playback system/Mp3 player that you can simply
remove or set to zero, try to lower the Bass. On
iPod, go to EQ settings and chose the preset named
Bass reduction.
"I noticed you have three
versions, which one is the best?"
YogicSound is without Bliss Code sound technology
and YogicSound Plus with. If you like the Plus
version and want that on your iPod in iPod album
format to display like a normal CD with cover design
and all, go for YogicSound Gold.
